We at “Yo Kirana” which is a brand of Synovateq Services (OPC) Private Limited (“SSPL”), are committed to protect the privacy and security of personal information of our users. We know your privacy is important to us to maintain your trust.

This Privacy Policy illustrates how the data is collected and used by us (i.e. Synovateq Services (OPC) Private Limited and “Yo Kirana” through its mobile application and website www.yokirana.in).

During the registration process as a user of “Yo Kirana”, we collect some personal information from you like your mobile number, email id, your residential address, date of birth, your name, gender, address for delivery of your order, etc. While you use our website / mobile application we may ask certain information from you as may be necessary for providing efficient services to you. Wherever possible, we shall indicate which information is mandatory and which is optional. You may ignore the optional fields but mandatory information you have to provide. For example – for delivery of your orders, your delivery address shall be mandatorily required.

We may also track some information automatically based on your behaviour while using our website or mobile application like your buying behaviour, preferences, and other information that you provide to us time to time. The surveyors  may ask you for personal information, your interests, your purchasing preferences, and other such information that you may choose to provide. During the survey voice data or video recordings may also be collected, which is always be optional and depending on your choice whether you wish to participate or not. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites which are not managed and controlled by us.
